Accounting & Bookkeeping
When using Quickbooks, choose a $1-3 per transaction package. Hourly ($75–$145/hr) Monthly flat retainer depends on transaction volume
Payroll Processing
Per payroll run ($45–$75) + $10-15 per employee, or bundled monthly fee
Medical Billing & Coding
Percentage of collections (3%–7%) or hourly ($40–$75/hr)
Tax Filing
For accounting/bookkeeping clients only, included in $3 per transaction pricing
Invoicing
$0.95–$2.50 per invoice
Financial Statement Analysis
Hourly ($80–$180/hr)
